Order Fulfillment
When you place an order with The Good Home Company Inc. you will immediately receive an invoice via email to the email address you supplied on the order form. If you have ordered an item that is not available or it is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation from UPS. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
Orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. UPS does not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 1 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday. All orders are delivered Monday through Friday only.


Gift Wrapping
Yes. All items EXCEPT the refills and Gift Baskets can be gift wrapped. The cost is $5.00 per item gift wrapped, including a handwritten gift card if requested. Each item is wrapped in colored coordinated paper to match the Fragrance selected.. Click HERE for details and samples.

Shipping
The Good Home Company Inc. ships to addresses in the 48 States via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout, based on destination and weight. Other UPS services are available at customer's expense.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO US POST OFFICE BOXES (PO BOXES), APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES AND ALASKA OR HAWAII .

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, personal checks and money orders. Payments received by personal check and money orders will be shipped after your check or money order has cleared our bank.

If you would like to place an order via check or money order, please send your payment along with your "Ship To" address and phone number to the address below. Don't forget to add the appropriate shipping and tax charges. (Please note: orders placed outside the state of New York require no tax.)

Tax
A sales tax of 8.375% is added to all orders shipped to New York addresses.


Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for the amount of the items (not shipping charges) for any items that you are not completely happy with.

Items should be returned to The Good Home Company Inc. within 15 days of the shipping date unused and in perfect condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped to the following address:

We are not responsible for damages occuring during your return shipment so please insure your shipment.

We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items and shipping when they are ready to ship.


Mailing List
If you place an order, you are automatically added to our Mailing List. If you do not want to be added please send an email to customercare@goodhomestore.com to have your information removed. We do not share your personal information with anyone for any reason.

International Orders
The Good Home Company accepts international orders through International Checkout, a trusted third party. To place your order, click here. Then, fill out the form with the items you’d like to purchase. You will be able to see shipping costs and handling fees before you place your order. Please note, that international customers will not be eligible for special promotions, discounts or gift certificates. International Checkout will bill you, fill the order and ship your items. All inquiries about your order should be made to them at cs@InternationalCheckout.com.
